I investigate through craft the practices of repetition and meditation as used to create the allusion to and the illusion of perfection in an age where all accessible imagery can be attained with little to no effort or production time.  The resulting meaning being an image that has not simply been reproduced through printing, sampling or digital manipulation, but has instead been built from foundation to finish with only an implement as extension of my self and pigment as extension of my emotional state.
